ABOUT THE TRAININGS

Trainings are organized with the participation of minimum 6 and maximum 20 people. This number may be increased by those who revisit the course, but it cannot exceed 30.
The training is meant primarily for those who have some experience in yoga, or who can at least perform full yogic breathing.
Anybody with average physical and mental abilities is suitable to participate in the courses. There is an age limit of 16 years, but if the applicant is suitable, s/he may be admitted at a younger age. This may be probable in the cases of those who practice yoga on a regular basis. In other cases we leave it to the parents or the participants themselves to decide. What needs to be considered is whether they are interested enough in the subject and are willing to pay enough attention to it.

In Training Prana I participants learn how to breathe in and control prana with the help of a special and really effective method.

In Training Prana II participants are introduced to those inseparable functions of the lungs which are related to breathing and prana. Techniques specifically developed for this purpose enable us to gain absolute control over the process.

The aim of Training Prana III is to deepen the knowledge already acquired:

  • Further initiation to inhaling prana.
  • Personalized analysis regarding the inhalation of prana.
  • Relations between the lungs and the emotional world; personalized analysis through which everybody can learn about what hampers his/her own breathing.
  • Individual work to clear away spiritual “blockings” of the lungs with the help of a special method.

Participation in the Concentration Training is recommended to everyone, before or after Training Prana I, since it significantly eases to acquire the ability, to take in the information and to apply the methods. Beyond all these, it has a number of positive effects on different areas of one’s private life.

Trainings Prana I and Prana IItake place in the course of one weekend, from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening. (Friday: 13.00-19.00, Sunday: 10.00-18.00, with 1 hour lunch break.) Any alterations may be possible upon agreement. Participants are kindly asked to arrive half an hour before starting time. Please be prepared for taking notes. Anything else needed for the methods to be acquired will be provided by the trainer.

Trainings Prana III and Concentration both take three days, namely from Friday to Sunday, from 10.00-18.00 each day (with 1 hour lunch break). Participants are kindly asked to arrive half an hour before starting time. Please be prepared for taking notes. Anything else needed for the methods to be acquired will be provided by the trainer.

In order to improve and deepen your knowledge and technique it is recommended to revisit the trainings. If you decide so, you will receive a 50% discount (for the price of the training in question).
Experience and feedbacks show that repetition of the trainings provides more thorough understanding, and there occur much more revelations.
