During the gas exchange our lungs take in oxygen which is transmitted then through the blood stream to our organs and tissues. The prana taken in gets mixed with other energies in the lungs, it transforms, and then it joins the energy flow of the body. From the lungs the energy goes to the kidneys, to the heart and it goes up into the throat. If we breathe in little prana, or the prana cannot transform and the lungs are unable to transmit it, our energy household suffers functional disorders, which will result in our organs not working sufficiently. Prana is thus an important factor, but the breath cycle is not completed with that only. In our course you can learn techniques which not only will enable you to get a significant quantity of prana, but also to deliver the energies to the above mentioned organs.
