PRANA AND BREATHING

In the process of breathing our lungs absorbs oxygen and prana, then it gives off carbon dioxide and used prana. In a fortunate case, all these processes happen at the same time, in sufficient quantities. However, it can be generally said that in our civilized world our lungs, in all cases, work insufficiently. As for the gas exchange, full yogic breathing provides a perfect solution. However, this is not the case with the prana. Applying the yogic techniques in a European way does not provide us with a sufficient quantity of prana. One of the main aims of yoga would be to breath in even more prana. The aim of this course is to help you with this.
